Payment:
  Once the course registration form has been completed and submitted, an e-mail will be sent confirming your registration.  An invoice will be generated and sent to the address provided in the registration form.  Payments must be verified/received prior to course materials being sent.
   
Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy:
 
  • An official cancellation and/or withdrawal from a course must be received by e-mail or phone to SYNAPSE at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the actual date of the course.

  • All cancellations and/or withdrawals received greater than 14 days prior to the actual date of the course, may be rescheduled in a future course free of charge OR receive a refund of the registration fee.

  • All cancellations and/or withdrawals received 3-14 days prior to actual date of the course, will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.

  • All cancellations and/or withdrawals received 1-3 days prior to actual date of the course, will result in the forfeit of the course fee to SYNAPSE

  • All "no-shows" will result in the forfeit of the course fee to SYNAPSE.
