John Clements is responsible for daily management of the Department of Research and Quality.  In addition to his administrative responsibilities, John coordinates corporate research efforts for faculty, residents and medical students.  John can assist with design, development, IRB approval, and implementation of research projects and also conducts statistical analysis of data.  He also develops and delivers curricula to teach research skills and basic biostatistics to faculty, residents and medical students.  Finally, John also assists with writing research manuscripts for publication, conducts searches for grant opportunities, and coordinates grant writing activities.

Bob Sturza

Bob Sturza is responsible for the coordination of quality management efforts including development, implementation, education, data collection and analysis resulting in the design and implementation of Continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives leading to better patient outcomes, enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Leslie Francke

Leslie Francke is the current IRB Specialist for the Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects (IRB) at Synergy Medical. She is responsible for IRB application advising and processing. Leslie also supports and advises on the use of statistical analysis and poster design for conference presentations.
