MA. Clements is responsible for interacting with physician faculty to determine their needs related to grant funded research and programs. In collaboration with the faculty, MA. Clements is in charge of grant writing processes, and to develop budgets and programs in line with the requirements of different funding agencies (federal, state and local governments, foundations and corporate giving programs).

Anthony Taylor is a recent graduate of Central Michigan University where he received his Master of Science in Administration in Health Services Administration. He has been actively involved in research as a research assistant at Hope College. He supports the grant writing process at the Department and is responsible for assisting residents with various research needs.

Leslie Francke is the current Chair for the Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects (IRB) at Synergy Medical. She is responsible for IRB application advising and processing. Mrs. Francke also supports and advice on the use of statistical analysis and poster design for conference presentations.
