Department of Research

Statement

The purpose of the Department of Research is related to research activities; we assist students, residents, faculty and community physicians with their research endeavors and to facilitate scholarly activity.

Some of these activities include:

• Facilitating investigative projects by students, residents, and physician;
• Designing projects and analyzing research;
• Demonstrating the important role research plays in improving the quality of medicine through an annual, community-wide research day;
• Assisting faculty, residents, and students with manuscript submissions.
