Osama Elsabagh, M.D.
Dr. Osama Elsabagh is an Assistant Director of the Pediatrics Department and an Adjunct Faculty Physician.
He joined the Synergy Medical Team in September of 2006.  He is a member of the Academy of Pediatrics and the Egyptian Medical Syndicate.  Dr. Elsabagh has completed his United States Medical Licensing Exam and is certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.

Dr. Elsabagh graduated from the Ain-Shams University School of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt.  He was involved in the Pharmacology/Toxicology Masters Program from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio until he started his residency.  He has served as a Pediatric Critical Care Fellow through Wayne State University at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit and a Pediatric Resident at the Oklahoma University, College of Medicine in Tulsa.  Dr. Elsabagh has also been a Research Assistant at Ohio State University in both the Department of OB/GYN Molecular Biology Lab and the Heart and Lung Institute.

Theresa Guinther, D.O.
Dr. Theresa Guinther is an Assistant Director of the Pediatrics Department and an Adjunct Faculty Physician. 

She joined the Synergy Medical Team in July 2011. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Guinther graduated from ATSU- Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her Pediatric Residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan where she was Chief Pediatric Resident during her final year.
