Family Medicine Residency Application Information

What we provide on interview day

	lodging for yourself and your family/significant others
	Free breakfast buffet
	Transportation to/from MBS airport to hotel and to/from hotel to Synergy
	Dinner the prior night of your interview
	Lunch the day of your interview with all residents and faculty
	Opportunity to meet with all faculty

Minimum Requirements

	Apply through ERAS.
	Must be a medical school grad within the past 3 years.
	US citizen or permanent resident. We do not sponsor/participate with any visas (including J1).
	At least one year of US clinical experience.
	Passed step 1 & 2, & CSA on 1st attempt.
	ECFMG certified (ECFMG certification by the time of ranking if you are not a medical student).
	Need copies of USMLE transcript, ECFMG report, med school transcript, dean’s letter, 3 to 4 current reference letters, CV & personal statement.
	Interviews begin November and run through January.
	Five first year slots are available each year.
