Directions to Synergy Medical

Synergy Medical Main is located in the city of Saginaw at 1000 Houghton Avenue.

Our offices are located in the Covenant HealthCare - Houghton building on the north side of Houghton across the street from Bliss Park and less than 2 miles from Saint Mary's. Use the interactive map below to get to Synergy Medical.

Synergy Medical North houses our Generations Family Care facilities. It's located in Saginaw on the corner of Tittabawassee and W. Michigan. This facility is on the Saginaw STARS transit bus route.
